« Planned for 1 night, stayed for 3! An absolute 10/10 experience Our stay at Yelloh! Village Portland was the highlight of our trip. We originally planned to stay for just one night before continuing our route, but we ended up staying for three. Our children simply refused to leave because they felt so at home here. The main reason our kids had such a blast is Timo, the head of animation. He is an absolute legend and a massive asset to this campsite. He goes above and beyond to make sure the children are entertained and genuinely happy. What makes Timo special is that he doesn't just focus on the kids; he also makes a real effort to chat with the parents and make everyone feel welcome. We highly recommend the Sunday trip to the local market with himit was a wonderful experience! Beyond the top-tier animation, the campsite itself is excellent: Beautiful Nature: A lovely, green environment that is very relaxing. Modern & Clean: The sanitary facilities are modern and kept spotlessly clean. Friendly Staff: Every staff member we encountered was helpful and kind. We give this stay a 10 out of 10. If you are looking for a place where your children will be genuinely happy while you enjoy great facilities, this is it. We will definitely be back! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Portland. All the staff were welcoming and helpful, the entertainment team were really engaging and friendly: our 2 children loved the pool games and we had great fun doing the music quiz and dance night. Our accomodation was really clean and comfortable. The site is in a great location right next to a cycle path and a short walk to the town. »

« Es ist ein super Camping,tolles Schwimmbad,alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Der Camping ist liebevoll und schön gepflegt.Einzig was ich schön fände,wenn das Wasser im Schwimmbad noch wärmer wäre ;) »

« On adore venir au camping Portland. Le camping est très beau, la piscine c'est au top. Nous avons mangé au restaurant deux fois un régal chaque fois! L'equipe sont super accueillant, ce qui est très importante et ça nous a fait plaisir de revoir plusieurs employés qu'on a vu l'année dernière. Nous avons hâte de revenir. »

« Great stay again, thank you. The beds were quite uncomfortable was my main issue - we woke up everyday very stiff, the mattresses are too thin. Lovely campsite and thanks for a great stay. It would be great if the pool opened a little longer hours s.g. Earlier in the morning. »

« We were staying in a three bed house in the end of October-beginning of November, 2 adults and 2 kids 1 and 5. Beautiful grounds, the house is kitted well and everything is working. Good pool, kept clean and plenty of entertainment. Laundry is easy to operate, takes cards and you can buy detergent on the spot. Very handy little corner space with groceries, we got enough emergency supplies before a supermarket opened. It was good to see that there are non alcoholic options on the menu. It is located in a beautiful area with plenty to see as well. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at The Portland! All the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The whole site, including our chalet, was spotless, and the chalet had everything we needed, with plenty of cooking utensils provided. We ate in the restaurant, which offered a lovely variety of good-quality food and was excellent value for money. The pool area was also fantastic and a real highlight of our stay. My only small niggles were that I found the bed a little uncomfortable, and there didn’t seem to be many indoor activities apart from the pool for rainy days. Overall, though, it was a lovely stay, and we’d definitely recommend it! »
