We’re delighted that you enjoyed the transformation following our refurbishment, particularly the reception, bar, aquatic areas and your private bathroom pitch. 😊 We’re also very happy to hear that you found our team friendly and welcoming. We’re sorry, however, that the behaviour of your neighbours affected your stay and even led you to leave earlier than planned. While this was unfortunately outside of our control, we completely understand how disruptive it must have been. Your kind words about Portland mean a lot to us, especially coming from a returning guest.
